To prepare for the season and the intensity of the race, practicing yoga helps ground the team and build a foundation that will help get them through the bumps and bruises that will inevitably happen through the season. These serious cyclists are also serious yogis – “like hippies on a beach”.
We caught up with some of the guys during some training sessions in Spain to find out a little more.
