I was enjoying the first part of this meditation, until the narrator told me to visualize being in “Vancouver, British Columbia in the Seabreze half marathon.” Look, this is either a meditation or a plug for your event, call it what it is: an advertisement. Really disappointed. boo.

This piece is actually part of our tackle box training for all the people who are running SeaWheeze – we thought it was too good not to share on our blog. Perhaps we could have been more clear about where this clip was coming from. Sorry for the confusion!
