Tennis Fit is a cardio based exercise session composed of different drills and games designed to enhance your endurance, tennis skills and burn calories at the same time. Drills are done on the tennis court, maximizing the space with running, hitting and obstacles.

It’s both! Not only is this group fitness activity a great way to get sweaty, burn calories and improve your game, but it’s also a fun way to meet new people and make connections in your community. Through different drills and partner work you’ll get to know everyone you’re sweating with.
